Using advanced skin imaging technology alongside a detailed
medical evaluation, Dr Yagües assesses the main factors that influence the health and appearance

INDIBA® facial

INDIBA® is a non-invasive radiofrequency facial that delivers controlled energy to the tissues,
creating a pleasant, carefully regulated sensation of warmth. This controlled thermal effect is
designed to support local circulation and the skin’s own regenerative processes.

04 — Phototherapy

LED light therapy

Advanced phototherapy — no heat,
no downtime

LED therapy uses carefully selected wavelengths of visible and near-infrared light to support
different biological processes in the skin. Unlike a laser, it does not ablate or damage the skin
surface: it is painless, non-invasive and requires no recovery time.

Red and near-infrared light support the skin’s natural repair processes and may improve the
appearance of inflammation, fine lines, firmness and uneven texture
Blue light may be recommended for acne-prone skin, for its effect on acne-associated bacteria

LED can be enjoyed on its own or combined with the Costa Glow AquaRenew
facial or INDIBA® to complete a personalised skin renewal experience.

05 — Body

Pressotherapy

Rhythmic compression for lighter,
more comfortable legs

A restorative body treatment that uses pneumatic compression garments to apply gentle, sequential
pressure to the legs. The rhythmic compression is designed to encourage the movement of venous and
lymphatic fluid in the lower limbs.

Reduce temporary fluid retention and swelling
Relieve the feeling of tired or heavy legs
Support circulation after long periods of sitting, or after travelling

Questions guests ask before booking

Will I need time to recover afterwards?

The treatments in the Costa Glow programme are non-surgical and chosen
specifically for their minimal downtime. Most guests continue with the rest of the itinerary the
same day. If your assessment leads you towards a surgical option, that is planned separately, in
its own time, with the recovery it requires.

Am I committing to treatments before I arrive?

No. Every treatment is subject to an individual suitability assessment, and
the aim of that assessment is honest, medically grounded guidance — not a list of procedures.
Some guests choose the full clinical track, others choose relaxation only, and many choose a
blend of the two.
